Every explosion-proof motor will have a motor winding, which is related to the operation of the explosion-proof motor. However, when unwiring the explosion-proof motor windings, you will also encounter such or such problems. How to solve the problem of unwiring the explosion-proof motor windings? Yuneng explosion-proof motors will answer for you:
(1) The wire pulling direction of the explosion-proof motor must follow the axial direction of the iron core, and there must be no angle. Otherwise, it is easy to scrape and deform the teeth of the iron core end of the explosion-proof motor, resulting in fanning, and the coil may be stuck in the slot and cannot be pulled out.
(2) The pull-out force of the explosion-proof motor should be appropriate, not too strong, to prevent the destructive removal of the explosion-proof motor, otherwise, the iron core teeth of the explosion-proof motor will be scratched, skewed and even the entire iron core of the explosion-proof motor will be tilted.
(3) For the formed explosion-proof motor winding, it is necessary to prevent the coil from being deformed too much during the dismantling process, the copper wire of the explosion-proof motor cannot be pulled and deformed, and the area of the explosion-proof motor cannot be changed.
(4) The ventilation groove of the iron core of the explosion-proof motor is not allowed to be blocked, and should be guaranteed to be unblocked. It is required to completely remove the residual insulation in the slot, especially for the winding rotor with a slender core slot of an explosion-proof motor, it is forbidden to use fire to burn the iron core to prevent the insulation between the iron chips from being damaged, resulting in short-circuit heating of the iron core. Do not damage the iron core when removing debris in the groove with emery cloth and a file, and do not enlarge the groove with a file. (5) For the oil stain on the iron core and base of the explosion-proof motor, it can be cleaned with a washing machine, and then dried.
(6) It is necessary to check whether the tooth end plate of the iron core of the explosion-proof motor is welded or damaged. For the sintered iron nodules in the iron core, it must be repaired first, and after passing the iron loss test, spray insulating paint for protection.
(7) If the winding insulation of the explosion-proof motor is too hard to disassemble, it can be disassembled after being heated by electricity, heated in a drying room or melted with acetone.
